- Greet guests with a warm welcome.
- Follow steps of service outlined in training guide.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Maintain vast food and beverage knowledge to properly guide guests.
- Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep side stations always clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly and kindly to support staff.
- Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Food Server in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Proficient with Micros POS system.
- Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Must have TAM Card up to date.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
