- Greet guests with a welcoming smile, and in a professional manner.
- Assist guests to their table at a comfortable pace.
- Answer phones, take reservations, and answer any guest inquiries.
- Maintain that menus are clean, current, and in good condition.
- Keep host area clean and organized.
- Must have a SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers and leadership.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
